SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING 5:15 P.M.
COUNCIL MEETING ROOM
MINUTES

 A public hearing having been held at 5:00 p.m., the Mayor and the City Council of the City of Pineville, Louisiana met in special session at Pineville City Hall on the 30^th day of June 2004 at 5:15 p.m.

1.                  The Mayor called the meeting to order.

2.                  Councilman Martin offered the invocation.

3.                  Councilman Dorn led the Pledge of Allegiance.

4.                  Roll call was as follows:  

Present            Councilpersons Bishop, Dorn, Van Mol and Martin

Absent            Councilman Bouchie

5.                  On motion by Councilman Dorn, seconded by Councilwoman Van Mol and passed, it was resolved to adopt an ordinance amending the operating budget for the City of Pineville fiscal year 2003-2004 and other matters with respect thereto.  Roll call was as follows:

      Yeas        Councilpersons Bishop, Dorn, Van Mol and Martin

      Nays        None

      Absent      Councilman Bouchie 

6.                  On motion by Councilman Bishop, seconded by Councilwoman Van Mol and passed, it was resolved to adopt an ordinance adopting and appropriating budgets for the City of Pineville for fiscal year 2004-2005 and other matters with respect thereto.

      Yeas        Councilpersons Bishop, Dorn, Van Mol and Martin

      Nays        None

      Absent      Councilman Bouchie

There being no further business to come before the Council, a motion was made by Councilman Dorn to adjourn the meeting.  It was seconded by Councilwoman Van Mol and unanimously passed.  Mr. Rich Dupree closed the meeting with the benediction.
