MINUTES

The Mayor and City Council of the City of Pineville, Louisiana, met in regular session at Pineville City Hall on Tuesday, April 12, 2005 at 6:00 p.m.

1. The Mayor called the meeting to order.

2. Councilman Martin led the invocation.

3. Councilwoman Van Mol led the pledge of allegiance.

4. Roll call was as follows:

Present Councilwoman Van Mol, Councilman Martin
Absent Councilmen Bishop, Dorn, Bouchie

• Due to a lack of quorum, the meeting could not continue. Speaking for both members present, Councilwoman Van Mol stated their wish for continuance on Monday April 18, 2005. No one spoke in opposition.
