Our mission is to produce high quality, safe water in adequate quantities to serve the needs of the customers within our area; to distribute this water to the customers in a safe manner; and to collect wastewater from both retail and wholesale customers and treat wastewater to make it safe to return to the river with minimum impact on the environment.  The goal is to perfom these tasks in a manner which provides the customers with the services desired at an affordable price through systems that are reliable in their ability to perform their functions as designed.
