Serve as Chief Executive Officer of the Pineville City Court
Administer the activities of the Pineville's Marshal's Office
Enforce the orders of the Pineville City Court, both civil and criminal
Pretrial Investigations of defendants that are appearing for criminal/traffic matters
Serve as bailiff of the Pineville City Court in civil and criminal/traffic matters
Collect and disburse cash bonds and costs levied by the Pineville City Court
Seize and sale property under order of the Pineville City Court
Seize and disburse moneys through garnishments ordered by the Pineville City Court
