Event Description:
The Pineville Police Department will be hosting the 3rd session of its Citizen's Academy. The Citizens Academy will begin on March 6, 2012 and will be held at the Tudor Community Center at 344 Bragg Street.
The classes will be on Tuesday and Thursday from 6PM to 8PM, with one Saturday class at a local shooting range.
Some topics that will be covered during the course of the Academy will be Police Use of Force and its Dynamics, proper firearm safety, and traffic investigation.
Applicants will be subject to a background check and space is limited, so be sure to get your application in as soon as possible.
