Pineville announces construction of new apartment complex

PINEVILLE, La. (KALB) - The City of Pineville has announced the construction of a new apartment complex in the city.
Construction for the new Live Oak Village Apartments began in August 2024 and is set to be completed in April 2025.
The complex will be located at 4137 Highway 28 East, just past Fire Station #4 and Pineville’s elevated water storage tank.
The City said the complex is a $15-million investment and will bring 50 units to the area, including 32 two-bedroom, 10 three-bedroom and eight one-bedroom units.
