(b) IF THE PROPERTY NEEDS WORK...FOR INSTANCE, CUTTING GRASS, BOARDING UP THE HOME/BUILDING, AND CLEANING UP THE PROPERTY, ARE THERE CERTAIN PROCEDURES?
